I attended Oakham School for two years in the upper school. I had a brilliant experience. Coming from another School I was anxious that I would feel like an outsider, but the teachers and pupils were extremely welcoming, and I fast felt like I had been there for years. I also was able to study Economics and Politics, which I would not have been able to at any other local education provider. I went on amazing trips including to New York and Washington where I visited various political and business landmarks. I really enjoyed being a part of a House and the family feel this had. A particular highlight of my days at Oakham were the School lunches that were fantastic, the catering team worked hard to offer a wide range of food that was of a high quality. I would highly recommend Oakham School to any individual that wants a well-rounded education that goes beyond the walls of the classroom.
I spent 8 years being a pupil at Oakham school and I loved every single one!

Lovely place to visit when the weather is good. Great for walks and bike rides even better if you have a boat. Good for dog's to.
Fantastic facilities - went for a day of fly fishing (training). Peter was very professional and staff around the fishing lodge were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for a good day out.
