I get my eyebrows tinted and waxed every month with Lottie and she is amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else! All the staff are friendly and welcoming and always make me feel very relaxed. I would definelty recommend coming here for treatments :)

Lottie is brilliant! I visit monthly for various treatments and she is always friendly, flexible and does a really amazing job. Definitely my favourite place to go in Oakham for any treatments.

We have purchased many a car from Charles and his fabulous team (21 at last count 🙈). We also buy from other specialists and can honestly say the level of service from Charles is exemplary. His cars are as they are described to the letter, no questions need asking, we buy from his say so, if he says he will call you he will, nothing seems too much trouble. Without a doubt the most trustworthy and genuine "dealer" we have ever dealt with.

Just bought a 19kg bottle of propane from here after Travis Perkins (the builders merchants, next door said they didn't sell it!) So well done guys......did have to pay £39.50 though, when it usually cost £30.00 or less elsewhere (in Leicester)

Given that this store has not been open all that long, it was an absolute pleasure to visit. Some really nice furniture, beds and other items for sale at exceptionally good prices. I would highly recommend this charity store. Its big.. and all profits go to the Air Ambulance and or the Children's Air Ambulance

We ALWAYS enjoy our visits to Lands' End's Oakham Outlet Shop. The whole site is beautifully kept - neat green hedges and shrubs. The shop is not large, but has a good variety of mainly end-of-line clothes and shoes. Very good quality and expensive at full price, but the Outlet prices are significantly cheaper (up to 70% off) - currently with an extra 30% off at the till until 8th July!!! AND don't miss a visit to the restaurant - breakfast, coffee, lunch and early afternoon tea - all beautifully presented in an open atmosphere with nice outside patio garden as well. Limited but unusual selection at reasonable prices. Parking is good also.

Such good customer service. Bought a coat for my daughter for winter. Zip broke. No problem sending it back for replacement / refund. I’ll def buy all kids coats from here from now on. Really impressed. Thank you.

Took my computer in to remove a DVD that had stuck in the CD Drive. I agreed to pay the cost for removing the back based on a minimum one hour rate. Which they offered to do the same day. However within a few minutes of me leaving their office they managed to remove the disc without dismantling the PC and subsequently waived the fee. Great friendly service. Thank You Pete T (Oakham)

They were absolutely invaluable to me in my efforts to market my play 'Beyond The Pail' at the Leicester Comedy Festival in February 2016. They advised and guided me expertly and very patiently every step of the way, from designing the website to helping the play build a presence on social media. Stephen and Jonathon spent hours with me over several weeks. There is no doubt in my mind that the play sold out at its Uppingham previews and in Leicester because of the tremendous marketing campaign with which they were so instrumental. I shall always be so grateful to them and would look forward to working with them again.

A lovely shop with a constantly changing stock of gifts, cards and accessories.

The lampshade was much more beautiful that we thought it was going to be - it is really stunning. i wanted to exchange it for the next size up but the recipient of the present wouldn't let it go he loved it so much! Very helpful when trying to decide size, fit etc prior to buying. All a pleasure!

Just had a pair of shoes re sewn on top and the zip on my handbag repaired, absolutely delighted with the high standard and top quality of work and a good price, definatly worth the petrol to travel to Oakham .

Fantastic range of extremely well priced shoes and leather purses, all chosen with great knowledge. The service is exceptional - the quality of the repairs second to none. Don't be fooled by the simple exterior of this shop, a genius lies within.

Great service, did not have what i wanted in stock but ordered it in.

This is 100% your local bike shop. These guys help me with bikes, servicing, bike bits and advice all the time. I take the time to book my servicing in advance and never have problems or delays. I usually deal with James who has a huge amount of experience in racing road bikes and the different fittings on the mechanical side. Big thanks to Brian, James, Lawrence, Liam and Jack for keeping me rolling for the last 4-5 years.

Really really happy bought a high sleeper bed for my son. Delivery took about 11 days in total. The price was great and the item looks superb once built pretty easy instructions to follow, the delivery driver contacted me 2 days prior to delivery to confirm a delivery slot. Overall very happy and my son loves his new bed. Thanks

After reading mixed reviews, I took the decision to order a high cabin bed for my son (10). His room is very small and the design with wardrobe and desk built in was ideal. The delivery was made after 7 days from ordering which was great, as they had quoted within 15 working days. Delivery was great, the delivery man called day before, and then called on the day to let me know when he would be here. Whilst waiting for the delivery, I emailed and requested a copy of the assembly instructions and was provided with a copy, for those who had Customer Service issues, I had no issues at all with Customer service. Having the instructions early, helped, as I could familarise myself with the instructions and have everything ready. Delivery came, and it took approx 4-5 hours to put together. Some say you need a big room to put it together, but I managed in a tiny room. Odd occasions you will need a second person. People have complained about being able to move it into its correct position, but again no issues at all moving it. Quality seems very good, the base of the bed is made of two large sheets which I was worried may buckle, but seem completely fine. I have given 4 out of 5 starts, as I do not think the drawers are the best quality and do not think these will last long with heavy use. Other then that, very happy and would recommend!

Relaxed dining with great food. Great value for money. Dogs welcome - water bowl provided.

Lovely café. A little pricey but the food was first class. We felt a little uncomfortable as the staff were seated at a table with customers and it seemed like we were out of place.

We have known Heidi now for over two years and we must say her service is second to none. Her care and thought for her customers is fantastic. The items of jewellery that she makes and displays are simply stunning. We enjoy working with Heidi and her team and would recommend them to anybody who asks. If you ever need a special something for a special someone we are 100% sure that Heidi would find this for you and make any occasion perfect.

I can't rate this store highly enough! The shop owner was so helpful with both aspects of the shop - my daughter was kitted out for ballet and tap, she took the time to make sure my daughters dance shoes fitted correctly which was so reassuring. The toys are amazing! So much choice for boys and girls and once again the shop owner was so helpful helping find a birthday present for a friends child! I will definitely be back again! This is just the type of store that Oakham needs! Thank you!

Had to tell you how impressed I was with your choice of toys for presents I was buying for my son (11 months) and god children (8,9,10). You might not remember me but you helped me out as I was stuck knowing what to get for my 8 year old god daughter. Very reasonable prices and I love your loyalty card scheme. We will definitely be back!

Always clean, aisles always clear, never a wait for the till, staff lovely and chatty, never rude. Always well stocked with a good selection of produce and well presented. Cafe is good quality food for reasonable prices, never wait too long for service once food is ordered, staff are always pleasant and treat my kids like little adults. Id rather use coop before the drive to tesco. Best selection of luxury condiments and ingredients I have found locally, Just a pity that the ATM is now out of action after the robbery.

As a regular customer using the cafe I would like to congratulate the staff on the excellent preparation,quality and value of the food. The cafe is large with plent of space to accommodate wheel chair users, groups of friends and mums with push chairs. The staff are friendly and work hard to ensure a pleasant experience for the customers.
