I usually have my hair cut in Birmingham, but I'm in Oakham for the weekend and needed a last-minute haircut. Wayne took extra care in making sure he knew exactly what I wanted, and he's really done an excellent job. The salon itself is also nicely decorated and spacious. Would highly recommend Thomas Hairdressing.

These guys are awesome. A team of friendly, enthusiastic and talented girls situated in a great boutique salon in the middle of Oakham – what a gem. I was welcomed with a huge smile, and they had specialty teas and locally roasted coffee as refreshments along with magazines and even nail varnish so I could paint my nails whilst I was there. They listened to exactly what I wanted and helped with advice and suggestions; I am so thrilled with the outcome and left feeling completely pampered! I can’t wait to go back!
I love visiting HC! It’s always a relaxing experience and the staff are super friendly and always make the visit memorable and I highly recommend the salon to all. They listen! And they are competent and honest. The massage chairs are fab. Graham cuts my hair and I like it short, he's brave and inventive. Much cooler than the other big one in town.

Paula creates magic with her scissors! She listens to me but then I leave her to work on my hair. I have 100% trust in her ability and I have recommended her far and wide. For feminine, short hair you will not find anyone better!
