Kirk's handled my recent house purchase in Oakham and were great from start to finish. Kerry kept me up-to-date with everything throughout and was always really helpful. The purchase wasn't the easiest and they really did have to go the extra mile to make it happen, for which I'm very grateful. I'd highly recommend to anyone thinking of selling, as they work really hard on your behalf to make a sale happen.

James Kirk and Kirk Estates managed the sales process of our house in Harby. We were delighted with his professionalism, motivation and enthusiasm brought to every stage in the process and he successfully achieved the outcome we wanted in a timely manner. Charlotte ensured that within the first day of the property being on the market we were inundated with viewings and communicated these with us immediately so that we were able to prepare the house. Once the house had sold (for above asking price), Zoe was fantastic in pushing through the sale, always keeping a clear line of communication to ensure the sale ran smoothly. Our house sold (STC) within a week and we exchanged seven weeks later. We couldn't ask for more from this fantastic team. Easily the best estate agents in Oakham!
