I have used Amanet for several years for IT support and computer services. The team are incredibly helpful - always trying to solve my problems via the phone if possible. Recently my computer was hacked, (down to my own stupidity!) and the Amanet team reacted swiftly to help me. I am a freelance writer and I was in a melt down over important deadlines and without their help and reassurance I would have been in a mess. Within 24 hours I was back at my desk with my computer cleaned up and restored - it could have been a whole lot worse than a day's work lost. Took my computer in to remove a DVD that had stuck in the CD Drive. I agreed to pay the cost for removing the back based on a minimum one hour rate. Which they offered to do the same day. However within a few minutes of me leaving their office they managed to remove the disc without dismantling the PC and subsequently waived the fee. Great friendly service. Thank You Pete T (Oakham)
