I was pleasantly surprised by Wildwood. I popped in for a late lunch after visiting Rutland water and I'm glad to say that the quality of the food and service here is excellent. I can't wait to return at a later date to try more of the items on the menu. There is a sizable seating area both upstairs and downstairs and there is even a kids playroom for visiting families. The restaurant is clean, modern and has a lovely atmosphere. I'd recommend this place to anyone.

I booked 10 Dining Street to celebrate my birthday last Friday. There was 18 of us and we had a wonderful evening .The food and service was brilliant. My friends had travelled from all over the country and everyone agreed it was one of the best Indian restaurants they had been to. The staff were attentive and kept us entertained all evening, nothing was too much trouble. They had even arranged a surprise birthday cake for me.

Second visit most impressed with food quality quantity and staff service. Prices most reasonable for area at around £20 head. note this is a bring your own drinks no corkage charges glasses and icebucket are provided free It has also a take away service To be recommended

Excellent little bar which takes over as a night club, open mic nights on a Wed night is excellent entertainment for all walks of life if you want to play an instrument or sing your heart out, a lot of extremely talented musicians frequent the bar and a good night to be had by all, this bar is well worth a visit, excellent beer and superb and polite service. Well and worthily recommended.

One of the better Wetherspoons pubs as staff take a pride in their work place and are friendly and helpful. Clean and tidy throughout. Comfortable seating with lots of tables and outside seating too. Food was good here and hot when arrived. The air con in the back area was a blessing as was an extremely hot day! Will come back again.

Good cheap food but good quality. Family friendly during meal times. Great during the winter when they light the large open fire. At the end of the day it is a weatherspoons, you get the same standard you would in all others. The only difference is it doesn't feel like a 'spoons. It is a great pub with good food and large selection of beverages. Only downside is that service can be very slow when busy. But I am nitpicking ...

This is quite a lovely Chinese restaurant. Nice decor, with glass screens partitioning off booths, friendly staff. The food is classic fare (all the expected dishes), but very freshly cooked, tender meat and not greasy. Probably use a fair bit of MSG tho, as I woke up feeling really thirsty during the night.

Ok - so when we went the placed lacked atmosphere - however the food was actually pretty good and the staff were very nice. The wine list is pretty good. The vegetarian schintzel was really good and the smoked salmon (which I made into a main with a green salad) was good. The curry looked nice. So - whilst this may not be the most popular spot in Oakham - it was very nice.

Lovely restaurant, quality Indian food at good prices. The only downside is they get so busy and then struggle with demand. Just love it here try to come when not too busy.

We stumbled upon Sarpech by accident and we were not disappointed. By far the best Indian food we have ever had, so good we ate there 2 nights running. All we could hear was other diners saying how amazing the food was. The owners and staff make every effort to ensure that guests had a great experience, so refreshing to feel valued in a restaurant. Beautiful food in great surroundings with 1st class service, the perfect combination. I hope Sarpech is hugely successful, it deserves to be!

Nice here (psssst.. Oakham finally gets a good Indian restaurant). Lovely attentive service. Nice elevated position above street level with vistas. Terrific food. Will be back.
